1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ShowRockers ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

ShowRockers is your go-to platform for discovering various events and gatherings. We act as an information resource, aggregating event listings from various sources across the web. Our primary aim is to provide a convenient platform for our users to discover events in their vicinity. Additionally, we function as a ticket-selling platform, enabling event organizers to sell tickets while clarifying that we do not organize or manage the events listed on the website.

We would like to emphasize that we are not the organizers and are not responsible for event cancellations or changes, nor are we liable for any content or materials on external sites. In no way are we responsible or liable for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, costs, liabilities, business interruptions, loss of information, or any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits.

Event Image Retention Policy

Event images uploaded to the platform will be automatically deleted 30 days after the completion of the event.

Event Organizers and Hosts

We respect the effort and dedication involved in planning and executing events. If you wish to have your event removed from our listings or have specific requests, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@showrockers.com. We are committed to addressing your requests promptly and professionally.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Platform any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable of any kind.

4. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final unless stated otherwise by the event organizer. ShowRockers is not responsible for refunds unless a system error has occurred. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers.

5. Disclosure Statement: Platform Fee & Charges

1. Platform Fee

A non-refundable Platform Fee is applied to each transaction completed on the platform. This fee represents the cost of providing the digital infrastructure, security protocols, and software services required to facilitate event registration and hosting.

  • Transparency: The Platform Fee is disclosed as part of the total "All-In" price presented at the initiation of the checkout process, in compliance with consumer protection and price transparency regulations.
  • Calculation: This fee may be a flat rate or a percentage of the transaction total, as specified during checkout.

2. Payment Processing & Transaction Fees

All payments are processed via our third-party payment service provider (the "Payment Processor").

  • Processing Fees: You acknowledge that the Payment Processor may charge separate transaction or processing fees. These fees are independent of our Platform Fee and are required to facilitate the secure transfer of funds between the attendee and the Event Manager.
  • Currency Conversion: If applicable, additional fees for currency conversion or cross-border transactions may be applied by your financial institution or the Payment Processor.

3. Taxes and Optional Products

The platform allows Event Organizers to offer optional add-on products or services (e.g., merchandise, equipment rentals, or digital content).

  • Organizer Responsibility: The Event Organizer is solely responsible for determining the taxability of any products or services sold and for defining the appropriate tax rates within the Platform.
  • Collection and Remittance: All sales taxes, Value Added Taxes (VAT), or similar levies associated with the sale of optional products are the sole responsibility of the Event Organizer. The Event Organizer represents and warrants that they will accurately report and remit all such taxes to the appropriate governmental authorities.
  • Platform Role: ShowRockers acts only as a technology provider and collection agent for the convenience of the Organizer. We do not provide tax advice, nor are we responsible for the assessment or payment of taxes related to the Organizer's sales.

4. Non-Refundability

Unless otherwise required by law or specified by the Event Manager's specific refund policy, Platform Fees and Payment Processing Fees are non-refundable, as they cover services rendered at the time of the transaction.

5. Tax Indemnification

By using the Platform, the Event Organizer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ShowRockers from any claims, penalties, or liabilities arising from the Organizer’s failure to accurately define, report, or remit taxes due on any transactions processed through the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShowRockers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

7. External Links and Third-Party Content

This website contains links to other internet sites, events, and various social media platforms, which are offered as an information service to our users. Please be aware that we do not endorse the linked sites, resources, or their respective content.

We are not responsible or liable for any content or materials on external sites. ShowRockers does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any information on these external websites.
