Managing Your Profile
Keep your information up to date to ensure smooth ticket delivery and communication.
- Go to My Profile in the user menu.
- Update your name, email, or profile picture.
Security & Passwords
We take security seriously.
- Change Password: You can update your password from the 'Security' tab in your profile.
- Forgot Password: If you're locked out, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to receive a reset email.
